This zone is open to registered participants only and enable you to consult your registration, the congress reports and the list of participants.

Your accommodation
A certain number of rooms have been reserved for the UIA at special rates in several hotels in the Montparnasse district.
Given the limited number of rooms and the fact that it will not be possible to guarantee special rates beyond the number of rooms reserved for the UIA, we strongly advise you to make your reservations as early as possible.

Your pre post tours
DESTINATION PLUS can offer you tours. The description and terms and conditions of pre- and post-congress tours are described on pages 58 to 63 of the registration programme.For any special requests and for reservation, kindly consult DESTINATION PLUS.

Accompanying persons’ activities
Reservations for activities for accompanying persons will have to be made along with reservations for accommodation and pre-and post-congress tours. You may also register for these activities at the Méridien Montparnasse Hotel itself, at the desk of our agency, DESTINATION PLUS. However, DESTINATION PLUS will not be able to guarantee the availability of the excursions desired in that case.
When your register, kindly inform DESTINATION PLUS about the date, language and timings desired for the visits you choose in the reservation form.

Your airport transfers
DESTINATION PLUS offers transfer private services between the airports and the hotel of your choice and back (including assistance).These services must be reserved at the time of your registration.
