Shuttles/Access
Shuttle buses will be at your service to take you from your hotel to the congress venues and back, as well as from your hotel to the venues of the various social events and back.

You can also use taxis – small taxis (3 seats) and big taxis (5 seats). A trip downtown will cost you between 15 and 20 DH one way.

Assistance during the Congress
For any additional information, representatives of the UIA and Objectif Maroc will be at your service near the congress registration desk in the Jnan Palace Hotel to answer your questions.

 

Accompanying Persons
Members of any legal professions cannot register to the congress as accompanying persons. To be able to participate in the social events, accompanying persons have to be registered as such and pay the corresponding registration fees. They shall receive a special badge.

T
he badge (congress participant or accompanying person) will serve as a pass. Kindly ensure that it is always on you.

 

First-time UIA Congress Participants
To enable regular participants of the annual Congress as well as the association’s official’s to give a specially warm welcome to those (UIA members or non members) participating in a UIA Congress for the first time, a special mention will be added to the badges of first-time participants.

 

Lunch
The lunches have been organised in such a way that you will have ample time to meet friends and colleagues. They will be served at the Jnan Palace Hotel itself.

 

Exhibition
An exhibition of products and services will be held for the duration of the Congress, in the foyer of the Jnan Palace Hotel, close to the registration desk.

 

Congress Reports
All congress participants who have paid their registration fees will receive a copy of the CD-ROM containing all the reports received in electronic form by the UIA by June 30, 2005. Reports received before the congress will be posted on the UIA website (www.uianet.org) and can be accessed by registered congress participants who have paid their registration fees. At the closing ceremony, the Monique-Raynaud Contamine Award will be granted to the best reports.

Photographic Directory

 

All congress participants will receive a "photographic directory" with the names, photos, professional contact details and specialisations of all congress participants who register by June 30, 2005.

 

If you wish to be included, kindly fill in the ad hoc form included in the registration documents, attaching a recent ID photo and return it by June 30, 2005 to the UIA. You do not need to include a photo if you were already included in UIA’s Geneva Congress directory.
