CONGRESS REGISTRATION

We would like to inform you that you can register to the congress with a preferential rate until July 15, 2010.

KINDLY COMPLETE ONE FORM PER DELEGATE.

Kindly complete the individual congress registration form in CAPITAL LETTER for your name and surname.

Kindly download the emerging countries' list to benefit from the corresponding registration fees.

Kindly send the duly filled and signed form by courier or fax to:

Your registration can only be confirmed after the full payment of the registration fees has been received.

Registration fees

The registration fees have to be paid to the UIA only in Euros.

A confirmation by Email will be sent by the UIA for each application for registration received with the full payment of registration fees.

In the event you do not receive our Emails, please contact us to find out the status of your registration.

The registration fees cover the following:
- Opening Ceremony and Welcome Cocktail at the Swissôtel The Bosphorus, on October 30, 2010
- Informal reception and cocktail-dinner, Bindirdirek, October 31, 2010
- Closing Ceremony at the Swissôtel The Bosphorus, on November 2, 2010
- Working sessions (Main Themes, Commissions and Working Groups), except for Accompanying Persons.
- Lunches and coffee breaks, October 30 and November 1 and 2, 2010
- To and from transfers for social activities
- Congress briefcase (only for Congress participants)
- CD-ROM of reports (only for Congress participants)
- Access to the exhibition

All the participants are requested to indicate the activities in which they wish to participate on the registration form, whether or not they are included in the congress registration fees.

For activities that are not included in the registration fees, no registrations shall be made until the full payment for those activities has been received.

Registration Management

As soon as we receive your registration (by fax, mail, online or Email), the secretariat will deal with your file. You will first receive a confirmation of receipt by Email and when the payment is made (by credit card, bank transfer, cash or check in Euros) a confirmation of registration will be sent by Email with your login and password where you can identify in “My UIA Congress” section and have access to the participants list, reports and your own registration.
